Looney was one of the most creative craft kit makers and her vintage kits are highly desired by collectors and crafters. This one is for a white Christmas tree skirt, OR a cloth for a small table. The piece is 38 in diameter when complete. It is "jeweled", and like all her kits, has lots of glitz and shine! It is a wonderful bells and poinsettias design. The designs are stamped onto felt to be cut out and then appliqued onto the white skirt.
