Excellent condition - there is a chip at bottom that was repainted - see photos. Base and light included - chip in base does not show when tree is on it. NEW WITH BOX = New item, comes with original box. NEW WITHOUT BOX = New item, no original box, may have been tried on, may have superficial scratches or blemishes, if so, it will be mentioned in the description.
