APPROX 23 AND A TAD TALL WITH STAR. THE RARE MULTI COLOR "LIGHTS" ARE ROUND. THE STAR IS A GOLDEN YELLOW. THE MUSIC BOX PLAYS A CLASSICAL TUNE - WE ARE NOT SURE WHAT IT IS.
