There is no star on top. The tree measures 17 tall. It is missing (5) blue bulbs, and (2) bulbs are present but broken off at the stem of the bulb. The base has (2) chipped areas as seen in the last (2) pictures.

You can't see the chipped areas unless you turn the base over. There is crazing on the tree, and base.
