Vintage White 15 Ceramic Christmas Tree with Mice Needs Lamp & Lights

Vintage white ceramic Christmas tree with mice. Needs replacement light bulbs, some blue lights are stuck in the holes. Needs a lamp to light it. Great condition overall, slight chipping to mouse ear, see last photo.
