Vintage RARE Johns-Manville DECRAGLO Christmas Tree Box withLights & Papers

This is a VERY RARE FIND! Couldn't find anything like it while researching! I happen to live very close to Manville NJ, that's how I acquired it. Lights were tested & in working order. The product is a vintage John-Manville DECRAGLO artificial Christmas tree, measuring 10 inches in height with a white color and made of fireproof fiber glass.

It comes in its original box? And includes lights and instruction papers.

This rare tree was manufactured in the United States and has a width of 5 inches. This tree feels like it's made of very fragile cotton. I don't think many survived. Please see all photos, they are part of the description! Some of garland & balls came un-glued from tree, I will put those in a separate baggie. The tree has some indentation marks, quite possibly where the decorations were attached? Possibly from being in storage & age? Please note; the bottom of the box says Snowman. Box has some wear, tape, discoloration, as to expected due to age & storage.
