Vintage Large White Ceramic Christmas Tree with Bird Candle Holders Shabby Cottage

Vintage Large White Ceramic Christmas Tree w/ Bird Candle Holders Shabby Cottage. The tree is 3 pieces standing a little over 17 tall. The bird candle holders appear to be hot glued on. If I kept it I would probably reattach with better glue? There is red candle wax here and there around the birds.

A little heat will take it off. One small chip in top piece which is at the tip of a branch - see pics.
