Vintage Gold Rare CoroCraft Christmas Tree Light Up Pin with Original Box

What a unique and rare signed Corocraft Christmas light up tree pin. This has the original box that says Corocraft pin on it. When I received this the old battery was still in it and stuck. I did however have to put in foil so it got a better connection, so you will see that in the battery compartment. The on off switch gold round part on the back is part of the'connection' to make it light.

The round piece has to touch the battery nice and snug for it to light. When looking at the back you move the gold piece to the right so it has resistance and then it lights. The light bulb however is dim but it does work! The battery needs good pressure to work. The scratches you see around the battery compartment are not from me.

Someone else apparently tried to get the battery out without success. The pin back works and holds and all glass/rhinestone pieces are present.

I did what I could without causing any damage but I didn't want to go any further for fear of breaking the entire piece. I will leave that up to you. The box is in nice condition and overall this is a great find in nice shape that needs some TLC in the battery area. GREAT GIFT for that Corocraft collector!
