Made of felt with scalloped edges with felt people/animals adorned with applied glitter sequin. CONDITION: Minor wear and tear consistent with age and use. Some glitter sequin have fallen off over time. Minor discoloration in spots, but this appears to be scuffs and appear to be cleanable.
