Vintage Ceramic Lighted Christmas Wreath White Multi-Colored Lights Mouse Video. Item is missing one peg light, and the mouse is glued together.

The lights also look to be re-glued into the base, the bow could use some paint, and there are a few spots of dirt. Please see all photos for best description of item. I would say over all the item seems in good condition for it's age, and works beautifully. In my opinion the lights are warmer than they appear in the night picture/video.
