Very unique Bradford Christmas tree topper. Color wheel inside spins on a spindle with heat from the bulb. Works very well, cord is not old or dry rotted. Easy access to change the bulb, twist globe to left and it pops off.

I will include some extra bulbs. Made from light weight plastic.
