Vintage 70's Lighted Ceramic CHRISTMAS TREE Base Bulb 1970's Music Box READ

See Photos for best description and measurements. Very good preowned condition when considering the age. Small chip in the very top, would be covered if there was a star. Some bulbs are missing but they are not attached. Has a music bix but i cannot get it to work.
