Comes with a complete set of lights including a few birds. Measures 25" from bottom of base to top of star, 23" without star. It weight 12 pounds without packing material. ORIGINAL OWNER, NON SMOKING HOME. MADE IN THE EARLY 70'S BY MY MOTHER IN LAW.
