Condition Most of the lights bubble with no problem, 3 or 4 would not bubble at all... And some of them just took a little bit longer to get going. I had to tap on a few to get them going, but once they started they were good. There is Only One bulb missing on one strand...

And the top part of one bulb was loose and fell off a few times while testing it.
