RARE Christmas tree ornament in vintage Russian traditional style. In set - handmade doll of girl in carnival squirrel costume with a fir cone in his paws. This is not a quadrobist doll : The squirrel is one of the popular animal characters in Russian fairy tales. Therefore, a squirrel costume was also used for the New Year holidays. The doll has a mount with a short cord so that it can be hung on the Christmas tree. Size - near 6 3/8 inch.
