This tree is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and includes all 83 bulbs plus it's star topper. It has a good chord with a built in on/off switch which works perfectly. Measurements are approximately 23 1/2" tall from the base to the top of it's star x 15 1/2" at its widest diameter. There are no missing bulbs.
