I do not know the brand. This plays a musical -Silent Night. All of the lights are white and two are missing. I think he said a couple had already been replaced.

We've never owned one of these so we don't know entirely how they work. The red bulb is a bulb he said was already in it but he doesn't wanna include it on fear of it shattering. If you want it included, please specify when you pay. Otherwise, it will not be included.
