Antique Vintage 1930s 18 Metal Star Light Up Bulbs Christmas Tree Base Noma

I can not confirm it is made by noma. The tag was on when I acquired it. Someone may have changed the chord at one point and put it on there. Not positive as I can't find another example. Either way it's probably the coolest vintage tree stand I've ever seen. I'm at guessing 1930s.
