I have a Royal Electric Company lamp and fuse tester for testing different Christmas tree lighting. I did plug it in and tested the first test area with a regular light bulb and it did light up so I think it works, however, I know nothing about vintage bulbs/testers and didnt check any others as Im unsure how it works.
