Vintage Christmas Tree Lights 1920's

2 Early sets of handpainted lights - untried and untested - the bulbs all appear to be marked 16 v foreign [the round textured bulbs in the bulb box are all marked 16v japan]. The 16 light string comes with their original anchoring clips - the insulation on this set needs attention The 12 light string [with no bulbs fitted] accepts any of these bulbs - the cable is fabric covered and appears in excellent condition. The white globe bulbs have flags painted on and appear to be GB , USA , France. I have checked all the bulbs for continuity with a test meter and they all test as good so should be working ok.
