White & Gold flocked with red bulbs. Looks like Atlantic Mold, but couldn't see the logo. Signed Sheri 1990 in gold on base.

Has a long light bulb Fish tank bulb? And wire that attach to the star on top to light it.

Measures 24" tall and about 16" wide - 2 pieces. In excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
