Shiny Brite Christmas Cluster Tree, Vintage Centerpiece Holiday. Condition is "Used" possible around 1950's. The netting needle stem is included and in good condition. I do not know if all of the balls are original.
A few of the tops are different, a ball could have broke or the top lost. All of the balls are vintage and appear to be Shiny Brite. Shiny Brite by Eckhardt and Sons "Christmas Cluster" Tree Kits were popular in the 50's as easy ways to put together centerpieces, mantle decorations, or pops of Christmas Cheer wherever desired.
The kits consisted of plain Mercury Glass Shiny Brite ornaments of various colors and 3 sizes, a tree topper, a cardboard base and a metal knitting needle upon which to stack it all. Box top separated at corners and is very worn (please see pictures).
