RARE Vintage 1930's NOMA Tin Litho Santa Reindeer Xmas Tree Stand withFence Lights

This is a RARE Noma Christmas tree stand with fence and lights!!! There are a few scraps and dents in the litho around the base, but all in all it is in wonderful condition!! This base would be filled with water (23 lbs to be exact) I poured in a couple pitchers and it was water tight!! I don't think the light string is original or Noma, but it is the small flame bulbs and the string is cloth covered. The string looks like it was.

By its last owner, however it works and I didn't get. Base is 14 1/2 in diameter. Top plate is cast iron with the 3 original screws and the fencing around the bottom is original also!
