Welcome to Primitive Santas by April Cummins. You will not find them in any country in the world as they are entirely hand made and hand sculpted, weighted, as I use vintage quilts. Coverlets, vintage fur coats, accessories , christmas ornaments etc. Each santa takes several days to complete by hand. This Handmade Primitive santa stands aprox 22inches, His face, hands , boots are all hand sculpted and hand painted by me One at a Time.

His beard is real curly lambs wool. Santa's jacket is heavy fabric trimmed with fur.. Santa's hat is trimmed with flocked old fashioned greenery and christmas berries. His pants are pine green heavy fabric.

He holds a snow covered christmas tree and a woven basket filled with antique and vintage toys and christmas ornaments a bear, candy canes, red ball garland and a small putz sisal tree. Mr Claus holds a Boyds Bear, a wooden toy antique quilting block , an Olde fashioned french horn at his waist, and an antiqued post card. He will make a wonderful addition to any Primitive Christmas Holiday.
