The liquid in the clear tube (w/ the orange and red base) is a little lower than the others and does not align perfectly together -- it is, however, still working. The bulb with the red liquid (w/ yellow top and red base) has some staining from another bulb that had previously broken. Comes as shown, no other accessories included.
