1950s Vtg Xmas Tree Topper Ge Merry Midget Lucite N Celluloid Angel For Light

It is a curved heavy Lucite bowl with striations so that it looks like a halo, with a small thin celluloid angel in the middle. It has a hole in back where you can put one of the tree lights - C6 or smaller. It has a heavy wire coil on the back so that it can fit down on the top branch of your tree. It measures 8 3/4 across, and is in excellent vintage condition. There is a tiny break on one side to the celluloid angel, about 1/4, that really isn't visible.

This particular topper is quite scarce, and quite desired by collectors. It dates to the 1950's. This same piece was, I think, also made with a Santa. The little angel is made from a thin, brittle celluloid.
